• Where do you ship from? 📍
  • We’re just east of Minneapolis, Minnesota—aka pretty much smack dab in the middle of the US. This makes shipping around the country nice and speedy. Not in the US? No problem! We ship internationally, too.

• Do you ship internationally? 🌏
  • YES! Tabanno® is ready to travel. ✈️
    You can update your location and currency at the top right of the website (or at the bottom of the line menu on mobile). Your pricing and shipping options will automatically update to match. Easy peasy.

• How fast do you ship? 💨
  • As soon as your order comes in, we get to work packaging it up and sending it your way. Because honestly, there's nothing worse than being very excited about a purchase only to wait approximately 87 years for it to arrive 😅 Even during the holiday hustle, we aim to ship orders within 1-2 days.

• How many tabs are included? 🟰
  • Each set comes with 5 tabs (words), and each word has 25 sheets. That means you'll get approximately 125 sheets in every set 📚✨ 

• Can I order specific words? 💭
  • Not quite... yet!  Our ultimate goal is to offer fully customizable sets so you can create the exact collection of words your little annotating heart desires.

    In the meantime, if there’s a word (or words!) you’re dying to see, tell us! If you love it and we think other Tabanno® fans will, too, there's a good chance we'll make it happen.

• Are they transparent? 🧐
  • Not yet! But we're working on it. Transparent Tabanno® tabs are on our "we really, really want to make this happen" list. Stay tuned!

• Why are some tabs different lengths? 🖍️
  • Ah, yes. The age-old battle between Type A perfectionism and the art of printing. 😅

    While we'd love for every single word to land in exactly the same spot every time, printing is a little more art than exact science. Sometimes words print a tiny bit higher or lower, and there’s also a fair amount of human involvement in the Tabanno®-making process. 

    That said, we do our very best to package tabs of the same length together so your sets look as cohesive as possible.

• My order is a gift... do you include price information within the package? 🎁
  • Nope! Your secret is safe with us. We never include pricing information inside the packages we ship, so your gift recipient can simply open, enjoy, and wonder how you knew exactly what they needed.
